Filling industrial pump

Both the filling industrial pump and the concrete drag pump belong to the plunger delivery pump, and the filling industrial pump is developed on the basis of the concrete pump in construction engineering. Its working principle is similar to that of the ordinary drag pump. How to choose?

First of all, we need to find out our needs. Mine tailings filling has the following characteristics:

1. The total filling volume is large, and the annual filling volume of a system often reaches 100000 ~ 200000 M ³;

2. The industrial filling pump works continuously for a long time. Due to the uneven filling work, it is mostly used for filling with mining. If necessary, it needs to work continuously for 24 hours, or even 5 ~ 7 days;

3. The pumping pressure is required to be high, generally above 5MPa. The mining paste has high consistency, high viscosity, large conveying resistance, long conveying distance and complex conveying route;

4. The wearing parts of the pump, such as spectacle plate, cutting ring, piston and conveying cylinder, are required to have good wear resistance, long service life and easy maintenance and replacement.

5. The filling equipment has stable use and low failure rate. If the equipment fails frequently in the working process, the probability of pipe plugging will be greatly increased.

6. The S pipe and cutting ring suitable for the transportation of tailing fine slurry are more durable than ordinary concrete structure, and the service life is increased by 5-8 times, making the maintenance cost cheaper.

Secondly, we will compare the filling industrial pump with the ordinary drag pump, which is better or worse, at a glance!

1. The annual delivery volume of ordinary drag pump is 20000 ~ 30000m ³ The average service life is 3 ~ 5 years, and the annual delivery volume of industrial filling pump is 100000 ~ 250000m ³, Average service life > 5 years;

2. Generally, the continuous working time of ordinary drag pump is not long, and it rarely works continuously for 24 hours. This requirement is taken into account in the design of industrial filling pump;

3. The aggregate ratio of concrete building construction is coarse aggregate, the content proportion of large particle aggregate is high, the size is large, the viscosity is small, the amount of cement is large, the pipeline adhesion and flow resistance are small, the total conveying distance is short, the conveying route is relatively simple, and the pump pressure is generally small. The industrial filling system has low aggregate ratio, small size, small cement consumption, large pipeline adhesion and flow resistance, short total conveying distance, complex conveying route and high pump pressure requirements.

4. Due to the small diameter and short stroke of the conveying cylinder of the ordinary drag pump, under the condition of the same head and conveying volume, the pumping reversing frequency is high, the impact vibration is large, and the equipment is worn quickly. The pump is not suitable for continuous long-time operation. The industrial filling pump has a large diameter and long stroke, which determines that it can obtain a very low commutation frequency under the condition of the same head and conveying volume. It runs smoothly and the equipment wears slowly. It is suitable for continuous long-time work.

5. There are many manufacturers of ordinary Drag Pumps and fierce market competition. In order to reduce costs, manufacturers choose different levels of accessories. Most of the control systems are electronic control systems, and their equipment stability and reliability are relatively low. In order to maintain its working stability and durability, most of the accessories of filling industrial pumps are international well-known brands, and most of their control systems are hydraulic control, with low failure rate.

Thirdly, some special design instructions of industrial filling pump for mine filling:

The overall filling industrial pump is designed according to the characteristics of continuous long-time, stable and reliable operation, long service life of the whole machine and small working impact.

In order to improve the fluidity of the slurry, the hopper adopts the non accumulation design, and the bottom steel plate is made of wear-resistant material, which is suitable for large amount of work;

For the filling of fine-grained slurry in mines, the S-tube and cutting ring structure are designed with stable performance, avoiding the hydraulic cutting effect, which can solve the industrial problems of long-distance and high pressure transportation of fine-grained materials.

In order to adapt to the characteristics of high pressure, the conveying cylinder and s-pipe distribution valve are thickened. The inner wall of the conveying cylinder is treated with double chromium plating layer and large thickness process to increase its wear resistance;

The conveying cylinder adopts large cylinder diameter and long stroke design. For large amount of work, it improves the suction of slurry, improves work efficiency, reduces its reversing frequency and reduces the wear rate;

The piston of conveying cylinder is made of special wear-resistant materials to ensure its generous quantity, long-time continuous work and long service life;

The s-pipe distribution valve and cutting ring have been processed and designed to adapt to the conveying conditions of fine slurry and paste and to work continuously for a long time;

Change the key control system to the hydraulic control system. Its hydraulic oil pump, hydraulic valve, hydraulic pipeline and hydraulic connector are international imported brands, and adopt multiple filtration technology to maintain the stable and lasting operation of the system and reduce the failure rate, so as to adapt to the continuous working condition for a long time. The low failure rate can greatly reduce the probability of pipe plugging.
